Return Policy for Books

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a book, please review the policy below:

⏳ Return Window
Customers may return books within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of delivery.

📘 Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return, the book must be:

  • In undamaged condition

  • Free from writing, markings, or signs of wear

  • Returned with all original packaging (if applicable)

Books that arrive damaged due to customer handling may not be eligible for a refund.

📦 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return postage fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

💳 Refunds
Once the returned book is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Policies

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the faulty or damaged area

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Before You Order

Please double-check:

  • Sizes

  • Design selections

  • Shipping details

Since your item is made especially for you, we cannot modify or cancel orders after they enter production.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to their personalised nature, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Made-to-order apparel

  • Items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or style

We encourage you to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

Event Booking & Refund Policy

1. Booking & Payment

  • All event reservations must be completed online through our official booking system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your spot.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are available up until 7 days (1 week) prior to the event date.

    • To receive a refund, you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before the scheduled event.

  • No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.

    • This includes cancellations made during the week of the event and no-shows on the event day.

3. Transfers or Changes

  • Depending on availability, you may request to transfer your booking to another eligible attendee or a future event.

  • Transfers are not guaranteed and must be requested prior to the 7-day refund window.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

  • In the rare case that we must reschedule or cancel an event, attendees will be notified promptly.

  • If an event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund or transfer option will be provided.

5. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Event Booking & Refund Policy.
